How do you curate the best itineraries?
It's about creating the right balance of iconic highlights 
and hidden gems, ensuring every destination feels 
authentic rather than rushed. I also look carefully at 
journey times, pacing, accommodation and customer 
feedback, so that every itinerary delivers the right mix 
of experiences. The aim is always to create a holiday that 
feels genuinely memorable.
What is special about our immersive excursions?
Our immersive excursions go beyond sightseeing and 
help customers connect with a destination on a deeper 
level. One of my favourite excursions is the pink rickshaw 
experience in Jaipur; not only is it a fantastic way to explore 
the city, but the initiative also supports local women. These 
are the kinds of experiences that transform a holiday from 
simply seeing a place into truly understanding it.
How do you decide where new tours should be?
It's a combination of customer demand, market trends 
and finding opportunities to offer something distinctive. 
We analyse customer feedback, look at emerging 
destinations and assess what gaps exist in our range. 
We then work with our trusted local partners to craft 
new itineraries that complement our existing tours while 
bringing something fresh and exciting to our customers.

We help customers choose the holiday that's right for them.

answer any questions, and share our knowledge to help 
bring their travel plans to life. We want every customer to 
feel confident, informed and genuinely excited about the 
incredible experiences waiting for them!
What are our customers' most common queries?
We often hear: "What is an escorted rail holiday actually 
like?" It's the best of both worlds! You get to relax and enjoy 
the experience, knowing all the planning has been taken 
care of. Whether it's their first trip with us or their tenth, it's 
always a pleasure to answer their questions and reassure 
them that they'll be looked after every step of the way.
