Days 1-4. Welcome to Perth
Your incredible holiday begins with 
a flight to Perth. Landing on Day 2, 
we transfer to our five-star hotel. 
On Day 3, we explore Perth and 
Fremantle and cruise the river. 
Day 4 brings a trip to Rottnest 
Island, home to a colony of quokkas.
Days 5-7. The Indian Pacific
Boarding the Indian Pacific, we 
check in to our Gold Class cabins. 
Arriving in Kalgoorlie on Day 6, we 
delve into this town’s gold-mining 
history, then cross the Nullarbor 
Plain and stop for a bonfire and 
nightcap under the stars. Day 7 
brings a visit to the Barossa Valley 
wine region for an exquisite dinner 
and tasting at Seppeltsfield Winery.
Days 8 & 9. Broken Hill to Sydney
Arriving in this Outback town today, 
enjoy a choice of excursions. On 
Day 9, we disembark the Indian 
Pacific in the UNESCO-listed Blue 
Mountains, where excursions are 
available, including a journey on 
the Katoomba Scenic Railway. 
Days 10-12. Sightseeing in Sydney
A guided sightseeing tour reveals 
the city landmarks, before a dinner 
cruise with iconic vistas of the 
opera house and harbour bridge. 
On Day 11, you can explore at 
leisure, then the cross-country XPT 
Interstate takes us to Melbourne 
in First Class on Day 12.
Days 13 & 14. Touring Melbourne
After free time, we tour the sights 
of Melbourne before a Yarra River 
cruise and a visit to the Skydeck. 
Day 14 brings an excursion along 
the scenic Great Ocean Road. 
Days 15 & 16. Homeward bound
We head to the airport for our 
flight, landing in London on Day 16.
