Days 1 & 2. Arrival in Nairobi
Your journey begins with a daytime 
flight to Nairobi, Kenya’s bustling 
capital. Day 2 is spent at leisure.
Day 3. Aberdare National Park
Today, we transfer by private safari 
vehicle to Aberdare National Park 
in the Central Highlands and stay 
in Treetops Lodge, where Queen 
Elizabeth II was staying in 1952 
when she ascended to the throne.
Days 4 & 5. Exploring Samburu
Arriving in Samburu National 
Reserve, we set out on our first 
safari. Day 5 includes morning 
and afternoon drives to spot 
Samburu’s unique wildlife, such 
as its ‘Special Five’ and elephants.
Day 6. To Lake Nakuru
Today, we enjoy lunch at the mighty 
Nyahururu Falls and a safari on our 
way to beautiful Lake Nakuru.
Days 7 & 8. The Maasai Mara
One of the highlights of your 
holiday awaits today as we head 
to the world-famous Maasai Mara 
Reserve. After lunch, we set out 
on an afternoon safari until dusk, 
the ideal time to spot wildlife as the 
sun drops towards the horizon. Day 
8 brings a visit to a Maasai village 
to learn about their culture and 
heritage before an afternoon safari.
Day 9. Oloolua & Giraffe Centre
Departing Maasai Mara, we head 
to Oloolua Forest for lunch and a 
folktale storytelling experience. 
Next, we visit the Giraffe Centre, 
a sanctuary for the Rothschild’s 
Giraffe, where we can learn about 
and hand-feed the animals.
Days 10 & 11. Homeward bound
In Nairobi, your day is free until our 
airport transfer. Landing in London 
on Day 11, your holiday concludes.
