Victoria Falls, Cape Town & Botswana Safari Days 1-3. To Victoria Falls Your holiday begins with a flight to Johannesburg. Arriving on Day 2, an internal flight takes us to Victoria Falls, where we enjoy a sunset river cruise. Day 3 brings a morning tour of the breathtaking Victoria Falls, as well as an outdoor Boma dinner. Days 4-6. Chobe National Park Today, we travel to Chobe National Park, where a sunset river cruise reveals the park’s animal life. Early on Day 5, we head out on safari, before an afternoon at leisure. We fly to Johannesburg on Day 6, and transfer to Pretoria for the night. Days 7-9. The luxury Rovos Rail Transferring to the Rovos Rail station, we board the opulent train. We travel through the Drakensberg mountains on Day 7, and enjoy a sunrise safari in Nambiti Reserve and a day at historic Spionkop Lodge on Day 8. On Day 9, we disembark in coastal Durban. Days 10-12. Knysna to Cape Town Flying to Port Elizabeth, we take a scenic drive to Knysna. Enroute, we pause at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve for a safari. Day 11 brings a boat trip on Knysna Lagoon and a visit to the Featherbed Nature Reserve. On Day 12, we visit an ostrich farm for a tour and a South African braai lunch enroute to Cape Town. Days 13 & 14. Cape Town Get to know Cape Town on a tour including Table Mountain. Day 14’s tour of the Cape Peninsula offers a ride on the Flying Dutchman, and Boulders Beach’s African penguins. Days 15 & 16. Homeward bound Enjoy a leisurely final day, before we transfer to the airport for our flight, arriving in London on Day 16. £ per person based on 2 sharing.
